Canadian Shipping

Items ordered online ship between 2–5 business days, unless noted in description of product. Shipping duration is dependant on the type of shipping purchased at checkout. If a FREE SHIPPING offer is extended to the customer during checkout the product will be shipped using standard Canada Post shipping. Typically, our products are shipped using Canada Post. Once shipped customers receive an email notification with tracking information and any pertinent details regarding the order.

International Shipping

Items ordered online can be ship all over the world using Canada Post shipping. Fees are calculated based on Canada Post shipping fee`s at the time of checkout. If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. International orders timelines are unpredictable and cannot be quoted as we the seller have no control over timelines once the product enters the customs office of its destination country. With this said we do want to inform you that we routinely ship to Europe and throughout North America with no issues. We have happy customers throughout the world and want to make sure that you are one too!

Order Problems

Our goal is to delight our customers with our unique skincare products. We also want to introduce you to the beautiful botanical plants we harvest from our surrounding land and sea and to the respectful and caring culture of Newfoundland and Labrador. However, we do realize that from time to time there are issues that need to be addressed. Therefore, if you have any order issues please let us know and we will be happy to discuss these issues so that you have a great experience with our product.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, product returns are not accepted. However, we do realize that in some circumstances a return or exchange is warranted. We do require being contacted within 30 days of purchase in order to discuss issues regarding a product return or exchange. Shipping for a return if accepted is the responsibility of the purchaser.
