Winter Skin Essentials

Brrrr, it sure is getting cold in most places of the country which means it’s time to swap out your lighter beauty products for more heavy duty, moisture rich items designed to keep your skin supple. Today we are sharing a few of the products we rely on for soft skin all winter long. Winter-Skin-Essentials-Text Facial MoisturizerSea Veggie Facial Lotion The ultimate dry-skins anytime moisturizer works to strengthen the skin's own moisture barrier, keeping more locked in for longer. The creamy texture absorbs straight away, so you don’t have to wait long before applying make-up. It’s ideal for colder months when your skin craves a little more protection. Facial Serum. Emerald Facial Serum This oil not only stimulates collagen in the skin, but keeps your face healthy and hydrated. With organic ingredients including avocado and rose hip- renowned for their vitamin and anti-oxidant concentration- skin feels lifted, firm and totally quenched from dryness. Use before moisturizer morning and night. Night Creme. Labrador Tea Night Creme Active ingredients work hard to renew your skin overnight so that you wake looking well rested and radiant no matter how long you’ve actually slept. The silk peptide melts into skin and eradicates dryness. If you suffer from dry skin this product really puts all other night creams to shame. We noticed a difference in our skin after just two nights and have been known to swipe a little on in the morning too. Exfoliant. Blueberry Bliss Sugar Scrub Once cold weather hits, give your skin a nice exfoliation session a few times a week to get rid of dead, dry skin like those rough, scaly patches that pop up on your elbows and knees. This scrub is made with blueberry seeds, sweet orange essential oil and sugar, so its super moisturizing but it isn't as harsh on sensitive skin as some products with non-natural ingredients. Plus, it smells delicious and leaves your skin oh-so-soft! Toner. Sea Mineral Mist Contrary to popular belief, oily skin does not go away in the wintertime. In fact, the dry weather can encourage your skin to produce even more oils than in the summertime! Instead of slathering on more acne cream (which can end up over-drying your skin and making you break out more), start your daily routine with a toner to help absorb excess oils, all while fighting dry flakes! We spritz this on our face and body fresh out of the shower for light hydration. Lip Protection. Smooch Lip Balm Instantly soothing and repairing, apply as a moisture base before colour or over your lipstick for day-long moisture and shine. Also great for use at night. The best part? It lasts all night. We put it on before bed and when we wake up our lips are still covered in the product leaving no room for chapped skin. Tell us: What are your go-to Winter Skincare essentials? XO Kimberley

I use don’t have that kind of dry skin in winter but I do use a honey mask for it gives my skin the moisture it needs. Works great. Other than that I use petal fresh’s lavender dry skin therapy lotion. It’s my new love <3
