I am taking extra special care the next couple of days to get in lots of detoxifying and cleansing foods. For me what I am eating and consuming has a direct reflection on my mind and my ability to focus.
There are some specific foods that are very good for cleansing. Actually, you’ll probably notice that I use a lot of these ingredients in all of my juice recipes already. Here’s why…
