Taking care of your body

We have talked a lot lately about taking care of your face, but what about the rest of your body? Our skin is our largest organ, it protects us from the elements and many toxins that we come in contact with daily. What can we do to make sure that you are giving it the TLC it deserves? 1. It stimulates your lymphatic system, in turn removing toxins. It exfoliates, reduces cellulite, provides stress relief and can actually improve digestion. Give it a try, after a couple weeks you'll be hooked! 2. Stay Hydrated We can't state it enough but proper hydration is not only important for your health but your skin too! Drinking water removes waste and toxins from your body, lubricates joints and makes your skin look great. Drink up! unnamed-21Moisture, moisture, moisture!!! One of the easiest things you can do to improve the appearance of your skin! There's nothing better than the look of soft, smooth legs and arms, right?
