For those of you that follow along on Instagram (@indigenaskincare) you have probably already gotten wind of our juice addiction! We love making juice around the office, not only is it a great source of natural energy but it also tastes amazing! Seriously, so yumm! Since we have gotten a few questions regarding our favorite juice recipes, we thought it was time to share. For the month of August, we will be sharing a juice recipe every week. And today we’re starting with a classic favorite green juice recipe that is not only super healthy, but also absolutely delicious and refreshing. Here’s what you’ll need for about 250ml of green juice: - 5 stalks of celery (3 is enough if its extra large) - 6 large pieces of kale - 1 green apple - 1 lemon - 1–inch piece of ginger Simply place everything in your juicer and serve over lots of ice! Hydrating, belly-fat-fighting, and high in antioxidants, this refreshing green drink is the perfect way to complement a healthy breakfast.
