The food may sound boring but you can get lots of variety by switching up what you eat for each meal. Soups are great for a detox! You can have them for dinner and lunch.  I love this roasted sweet potato soup http://indigenaskincare.wordpress.com/2014/05/27/rainy-day-comfort-food/. There so many different kinds of salads and smoothies you can make. I find Pinterest to be a great resource for recipes! You can search for hundreds of meal ideas. Remember you can eat raw veggies anytime you are hungry! So if you're really craving a snack in the evening make a homemade hummus and have some carrots, broccoli, and whatever veggie you love! This will help you from feeling deprived on your detox. Exercise is very important to flush toxins from your body, as is your skincare regime at this time. When sweat and toxins leave our body it does so through your skin, so treat yourself! We suggest taking a sea salt bath at the end of a long day, using a scrub 2-3 times a week, moisturizing regularly and doing a weekly masque. Your skin will thank you for it! Let us know if you try our detox and how it went for you! XO Jasmin
